The core function of IBN is to facilitate business networking amongst our membership. As such, the Annual IBN Business Conference is the premier event on the IBN calendar.

Events such as Country Trade Visits are designed to not only enhance networking opportunities and bolster inter-member trade, but to also expose members to investment opportunities in other countries.

After our successful 7th conference in Kenya, we are pleased to confirm that the    8th Annual IBN Business Conference will take place in Maputo, Mozambique between the 29th September and 1st of October 2011. Apart from various high profile speakers, we aim to empower you with in depth knowledge on renewable energy, finance and private equity for setting up new business, business opportunities in emerging countries in Africa and ample time fortworking between all delegates present.

CANTON FAIR IBN NETWORKING RECEPTION

The Intra Business Network (IBN) recently hosted a Networking Reception at the Phoenix City Hotel in Guangzhou, China on the evening of the  October 18, 2006. This was a historic occasion for IBN as it signified the first time that such an event has been held outside of the African continent and it was attended by businesspeople gathered from all around the world.

CONFERENCE ON DOING BUSINESS WITH INDIA

A conference on DOING BUSINESS WITH INDIA will be organised by the Confederation of Indian Industry on 23 September in Johannesburg, and the Chamber will be coordinating member attendance.

The   following topics will be   covered:
